He has worked in a variety of industries, including not-for-profit organizations, Telecommunications/IT, and Solar/Renewables. He has focused on human resource and legal compliance for companies operating in multiple states, Professional Development and employee trainings, employee engagement, onboarding, offboarding, and conflict resolution. A Metairie native and graduate of Holy Cross, Alex and his wife live with their dog, four cats, and two ferrets. He enjoys cooking, reading, and competing in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

He brings to Crescent and empact hr a wealth of experience in the healthcare / hospital space, where he managed recruiting and vetting, onboarding, offboarding, compensation, FMLA, discipline, reengineered and systematized a performance management program for a 200-person organization, the employee life cycle, HR systems, and more.

He is a learner; he focuses daily on broadening his experience and expertise so he can have greater impact on his clients. His interests range from reading, researching health and nutrition, learning more about nature and sustainability, cooking, exercise, and expanding his network.

Her career, marked by significant achievements in diverse industries such as oil and gas, hospitality, and construction, showcases her ability to adapt and excel in various organizational settings. Kimberleigh’s expertise is not just limited to large-scale tasks like managing open enrollment for 500 employees, steering two company mergers, and building an HR department from scratch; she also excels in the nuances of HR responsibilities including benefits administration, I-9 compliance, and FMLA regulations.

Kimberleigh is committed to continuous learning, and she is skilled in developing and implementing effective policies and procedures. Kimberleigh’s overarching goal is to enhance employee experiences, ensuring they are rewarding and fulfilling. She has been part of the Crescent team for 5 years supporting our clients and leading her team towards excellence. Nicole is recently married to the love of her life, Jonathan which prompted a big move from her hometown in Harvey, Louisiana to grow some roots in Covington, Louisiana. She is a pup mom to her beloved Pomeranian, Jewel; and when Nicole isn’t working, you’ll find her absorbed in a thrilling book, browsing a thrift store for the latest gems, or binge watching the newest Netflix series.

She is a Texas native who moved to Louisiana 16 years ago. Amber is a die-hard Saints fan and enjoys traveling with her family. She currently resides in Laplace with her husband Billy, daughter Kayleigh and their dog Evie. Amber is excited to be a part of the Crescent team and provide our clients with exceptional customer service.

A Pennsylvania native, Jennifer spent 14 years in customer service and retail management with Walgreen’s. Pursuing her career, she relocated to Louisiana and lives in Metairie with fiancé, Bill, and their dog Gumbo. She enjoys reading, fishing, hunting, and backyard grilling with family and friends. Clients can count on Jennifer to provide the high level of customer service they deserve.

Jay graduated with a degree in Theatre from NSU and uses his skills to provide top quality customer service with ease. He and his dog, Ahri, love to spend their days absorbing various forms of media and sampling local cuisine. He is also active in the New Orleans performance community, so keep a lookout for his name in the playbills!

A native to New Orleans, Kaitlyn lives locally with her 2 fur babies. Her hobbies include fishing, gaming, and cooking. She enjoys traveling and spending quality time with the people around her. Kaitlyn has a passion for building relationships with clients to ensure they are well taken care of.

She was born in New Orleans and raised in Kenner. A proud alumna of Grace King High School, she pursued business at the University of New Orleans. Currently, she lives in Metairie with her husband and two children, Dominic and Maya. She enjoys volunteering her time at her son’s school as the Gala Treasurer and serving on various committees. Staying updated on the latest Netflix shows is one of her hobbies, and she also finds joy in planning her next Disney trip.

She currently resides in Old Harvey with her wife, Hannah, and their golden retriever, Koda. She loves being a homebody and binge-watching shows, as well as spending quality time with her family members.

Natalie graduated from Haynes Academy for Advanced Studies in Metairie and later went to Loyola University where she pursued an education in business and mass communication. She loves animals and has two dogs named Chloe and Demi. Natalie loves cooking, crafting and spending time with friends and family in her free time. She also enjoys sailing and fishing with her family.

Richelle has almost 10 years of experience in sales and customer service. She graduated from University of Nevada, Las Vegas, with a degree in Political Science. She looks forward to continuing to grow her career with Crescent. Richelle was born in California and has lived all over the country. She finally has found a place to plant roots here in Metairie, LA with her three fur babies.

He is successful at identifying client needs and providing creative solutions with a positive, customized client experience. A native of LaPlace, Ryan currently resides in Metairie with his spouse, Raquel, and their two beautiful children, Lily and Bennett. In his spare time, Ryan enjoys running, cycling, and playing golf, but most importantly, he enjoys spending time with his children. He helps coach his son’s baseball team, cheers his daughter on at dance competitions, and volunteers with the Men’s Club at his children’s school.

After graduating from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, Jack cut his teeth in the payroll industry working for ADP as an outside sales representative. Jack focuses most of his time analyzing his clients’ processes and incorporating the solutions that we offer at Crescent. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, Hunting, and fishing.

He has proven experience in identifying challenges and providing solutions to help business owners improve efficiencies through leveraging technology. He enjoys cultivating and maintaining long-lasting relationships that are mutually beneficial. A native of LaPlace, Michael graduated from LSU and resides in Baton Rouge with his wife, Kathleen, and two daughters. When he’s not working, Michael enjoys spending time with his girls, cooking for his friends and family and volunteering at his church.

Later, he earned a Finance degree from Louisiana State University. Cameron discovered a passion for sales prior to entering the workforce, where he has successfully worked for three years and could not be more excited to further his career at Crescent.

In addition to his professional pursuits, he enjoys coaching football at his alma mater, Christian Brothers, and baseball at the Carrolton playground, sharing his love for sports with the next generation.

Courtney graduated from Boise State University with a bachelor’s degree in business and communication. She enjoys spending as much time as possible outdoors and with her family.

When not at work, Jason enjoys rooting for the Tigers on Saturday and the Saints on Sunday.
